Christingle Service 7 December 2025

Attended by lots of adults and children we made our own Christingles during the service which concluded in candlelight as we lined up in the aisle to sing ‘Away in a Manger’.

Autumn Fayre – 15 November 2025

Themed in wonderful Autumn colours of reds, golds and oranges, we held our Autumn Fayre in church with lots of interesting stalls, refreshments and games for children.

Church Picnic – 6 July 2025

We held a picnic at the West End of church, with games and hunts around the church yard as well as in church.   The great West doors were opened specially for the occasion.

Pet Celebration Service – 13 October 2024

We welcomed ‘all creatures, great and small’ to our Pet Celebration Service on 13 October 2024.   Here are some of our animal guests and their owners.

Fellowship Lunches – 2024

We are holding Fellowship Sunday Lunches on the 14^th April, 23^rd June and the 17^th November this year. The lunches are in the Parish Rooms and cost £18 for a three-course lunch. Our first Fellowship lunch was held in February and here are some of the photos of the event. Pauline devised a delicious meal of quenelles of mackerel pate with beetroot salad, stuffed roast tenderloin of pork with roast potatoes and vegetables, and a pear, ginger and brioche tart. Amazingly after all the food and chat nobody fell asleep at Evensong!

On Sunday 11 February 2024, we were treated to a sumptuous three course lunch in the Parish Room, hosted most wonderfully by Ted and Pauline Pasley, ably assisted by Jenny Hosker and Shirley McCarthy.
